Gentleman in the balcony

Hamburg as a big city you can find so many things out of the "normal" concept of it, sometimes is in front of you, but others gets to catch your eye hiding a bit. This figure in a tall flat building called my attention and wondering if some guest has had a wee fright when went to take a bit fresh air.
